Laundry day!!
Another perfect day at sea. The weather is warming up the closer we get to Hawaii. We arrive there tomorrow and leave 10.30 tomorrow night. Today we tackled the laundry and survived!!! We lined up like ya supposed to and managed to get our coloured and white loads, washed and dryed without any dramas!! The women in there were telling us about one lady on the last leg who argued with someone else and they ended up branding each other with the iron!! Ha!Ha! wish id seen that. Apologies for no photos today but its been busy......sleeping and eating!!! Last night we had another yummny dinner and were entertained by our head waiter "Fritz" with games and puzzles. We have so much fun with certain workers on here. It is always interesting finding out their history. Seems most of them are close to finishing 10 month contracts. Then they are home for 2 and then onto a new ship. Most are from Phillipines. Thailand and Europe. Off to Jammers we went for the Karaoke. Erika and Phina (the 2 aussie girls) sang beautifully. Thought of you Neil when at Karaoke, as Im sure you would have blitzed the floor. After that it was Saturday night Fever on the magical dance floor. We have had a lazy day an spent 3 hours in the Sanctuary, supplied with drinks, water mistings and mp3 players. Was great. No luck with Bingo today....seems only women with size 8 shoes were the winners today!!! We are at mo having our daily cappucino and hot choc in the atrium....its got great perv potential. It soon will clear out with all the oldies off to early dinner. Christ they reckon the average age on here is 66......heard one comment today from couple of oldies...."Oh, theres to many people on the decks. think we will retire to our cabin.". Sad, sad people. More room for us!! Umm,, Torry, that bloody flat warming must have been a doozY!!!! Have seen some photos on facebook....hope ya house survived!!!! We are having a quiet night tonight and going to the movies, they showing Date Night. Tomorrow we off on a tour to Pearl Harbour and the MIghty Mo!! 8am start. Then we hope to catch the bus to Ala MOana for my last fix of retail therapy. Then to Waikiki Beach....
